About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #116258) with a private practice in Roseville, CA, offering in-person sessions, walk-and-talk sessions, and virtual therapy. I believe that every individual has a unique, sacred story, and I honor the courage it takes to share yours. It is a privilege to walk with you through the difficult chapters and celebrate the moments of joy, repair, and healing. Creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment is essential to the therapeutic process, and I strive to foster a space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. I am deeply committed to the belief that growth, healing, and change are possible for everyone. Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship challenges, or seeking personal growth, I am here to help you uncover insight, bridge the gap between your beliefs and behaviors, and achieve your goals. My approach is collaborative, and I am dedicated to supporting you in discovering your strengths and creating lasting positive change. I utilize a variety of therapeutic methods to meet the unique needs of each individual. This includes evidence-based interventions, EMDR, somatic techniques, polyvagal theory, and nervous system education/resourcing, all of which support insight, regulation, healing, and awareness of emotions, body sensations, and beliefs. I value the impact of childhood experiences and family dynamics, while also prioritizing growth and healing in the present moment. My goal is to help you tap into the internal resources you already possess, enhancing your self-awareness, relationships, and overall well-being. Whether working in-person, virtually, or outdoors, I am here to listen, witness your journey, and support you as you move forward toward healing and transformation. I would love to connect with you and walk alongside you as you unfold the next chapter of your life.
