About Me
I aim to provide a safe and supportive space where we can collaborate and work together in order to help you reach your goals. I work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds on issues that include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, issues surrounding the LGBTQ community, domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, substance use disorders, anger management, and other mental health issues that individuals face. I wholeheartedly believe that the hardships we face can be turned into a positive by aiding individuals in finding meaning or purpose in life and helping individuals discover their authentic self. I am very passionate that anyone can create lasting change in their life through counseling and advocacy.
