Online Therapy

About Me

I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences. Whether the pain stems from a challenging childhood, painful relationships, or major life transitions, you don’t have to carry it alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in old patterns, tired of surviving and ready to truly heal. My approach is grounded in safety, compassion, and collaboration. Together, we’ll create a supportive space where your whole self is seen and understood. I’ll meet you where you are, bring humor and humanity alongside the hard work, and gently guide you toward greater clarity, confidence, and connection with yourself. Healing is serious work, but it can also include moments of lightness and laughter.

Education & Experience

I bring over a decade of experience supporting adults through trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. Before founding my solo private practice in 2018, I worked in child welfare and community mental health, experiences that shaped my belief that therapy is both an art and a science, blending evidence-based methods with creativity and genuine presence. I earned my MSW from Hawaii Pacific University in 2013 and a BFA from Boston University in 2010.
