About Me
I'm a clinical social worker that believes in the beauty and possibility of growth after a storm. Life is hard sometimes. With some help, we can overcome what has happened and use it to help us thrive going forward. You are not defined by what happened to you, but can overcome and thrive. I currently provide EMDR Intensive therapy sessions through Clear Blue Sky. I will provide you with a "superbill" to seek reimbursement for out of network care. I also have a management role at Family Service Rochester and encourage you to reach out to them for ongoing therapy under insurance coverage. FSR takes all insurance and can provide a sliding fee if needed. There are even therapists who provide care in Spanish.
Education & Experience
I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work. I have a license to practice independently in Minnesota, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. I have nearly 20 years experience in mental health work. I'm a Certified EMDR therapist and Consultant-in-Training and Certified in HeartMath. I've worked with children and adults from 8 to 80+, with a variety of challenges. Each one has strengths and resilience to help them recover. So do you. Let's start where you are and meet your goals of recovery and health. We're about possibilities. Growth after the storm. Starting fresh and seeing the rainbow. Email for EMDR Intensives. For an EMDR therapist in person, call Family Service Rochester.
