About Me
I believe we all have within us everything we need to heal and prosper. Sometimes, support and guidance can help speed the process along. Education & Experience
I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work. I have a license to practice independently in Minnesota, an LICSW. I am also recognized by two licensing boards in Minnesota to provide clinical supervision to trainees seeking their independent licenses. I've worked with clients from age 5 to 85 in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. My favorite work is helping survivors of trauma and adverse experiences find their resources to heal and thrive.
