About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in Minnesota. I believe each person is unique with different strengths, experiences, and personal goals. I am passionate about those who want to address their own personal challenges and fears. Often, addictions, sadness, grief, loss, trauma, anxiety, and PTSD can keep us feeling stuck with emotions like shame. I utilize therapy techniques such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, Seeking Safety, and additional therapies with the hope to assist adults discover healthy coping skills that may improve their lives. As a private contractor aligned with Wellness Matters Inc. in Minnesota, I have the ability to work with individuals either in person or by telehealth. If I am not with clients, you can find me with family, my pets, traveling, and outside in nature as much as possible.
Education & Experience
Graduated with a Master of Arts in Addiction Counseling: Advanced Practice from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies in 2017. I completed EMDR basic training courses in June 2022.
