About Me
I have been practicing EMDR since 2018, and I have taken in-depth training related to attachment, perinatal work and the intersection with trauma, depression and anxiety.
Education & Experience
I received my MSW from the University of Denver in 2013, and I have been doing trauma work since that time. I completed my basic EMDR training in 2018, certification in 2020, and approved consultant status in 2022. I worked in community mental health in a community-based setting with children and families for seven years, and I now work in a small group practice working exclusively with adults.
