I am an experienced counselor who enjoys helping clients move beyond difficult experiences and harmful thoughts to find acceptance and peace. My life experiences include being a mother, a grandmother, a wife for more than 50 years, and a widow.
Education & Experience
I have a master's degree from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, post-graduate education at Western Kentucky University, and numerous trainings and workshops in various areas of counseling. I have experience as a public school teacher, juvenile justice worker, and counselor (20+ years).

I am a member of North Carolina Licensed Clinical Counselor Association, and American Counseling Association. I am active in my Christian faith as a member and volunteer with Fletcher First Baptist Church.
