I am a Dual Diagnosis Therapist (Mental Health/Addiction), EMDRIA Certified Therapist, EMDR Consultant in Training, and Clinical Supervisor. I believe in whole-person recovery, where mind, body, and spirit work together to help individuals move from surviving to thriving in vibrant / Zestful Wellness. My approach is empowering, strengths-based, and client-centered, integrating a variety of evidence-based therapies (EBTs) to meet individuals where they are.
