About Me

I draw from a variety of resources from my formal training as well as experiences working with a variety of individuals as young as five years of age through adults. Methods that I use are research based and have proven to be effective. Much of my training for treating trauma came from my work with the armed services. I learned a great deal working with the men and women who serve our country and am greatly appreciative of the lessons that I learned from them. In the civilian sector I have worked with first responders, individuals that have experienced both complex (childhood trauma) to those experiencing accidents, natural disasters, and other forms of grief and loss, including parent child relationship difficulties. My other areas of expertise includes working with couples and family groups to strengthen bonds.
