About Me

I am a licensed creative arts therapist using EMDR, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction techniques and creative arts therapies. I am a musician, composer, and sound healing practitioner and teacher.

Education & Experience

I received my masters in music psychotherapy from New York University and post graduate certification from the Trauma Studies program at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy and EMDR with Laurel Parnell. I am certified in MBSR, EMDR, and Sandtray therapy for trauma and have been in private practice for 15 years.
