About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy to adults in Hawaiʻi and Oregon. I specialize in helping clients heal from the lasting effects of complex trauma, chronic stress, attachment wounds, and nervous system dysregulation.
EMDR is the foundation of my work and is thoughtfully integrated with parts work, attachment informed interventions, somatic and mindfulness based approaches, and relational therapies. While reducing symptoms is important, my goal is to help clients process unresolved experiences, restore nervous system regulation, and create lasting emotional and relational change.
Education & Experience
I earned my Master of Social Work and have more than 10 years of clinical experience working with individuals across a variety of settings, including community mental health, hospice, juvenile justice, and foster care. These experiences have provided extensive training in treating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and complex life transitions.
I have completed advanced training in EMDR therapy and continue to integrate current research in trauma treatment, attachment, nervous system regulation, and mind body approaches into my clinical work. I currently own and operate a private practice on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi, providing both in person and telehealth psychotherapy.
