My approach is grounded in safety, compassion, and collaboration — creating a space where healing begins. I am passionate about supporting women who have faced significant life challenges, especially trauma and emotional wounds that have impacted their well-being.I believe it takes real courage to seek healing. Opening up to someone new isn’t easy, especially when you’ve been carrying emotional pain for so long. If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck, or sometimes you feel like you're going "crazy," you're not alone. Past trauma can keep you trapped in a cycle that feels impossible to break. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and EMDR therapist in Georgia, passionate about helping women 18+ heal from trauma. I specialize in PTSD, C-PTSD, and work with sexual trauma, first responders, women’s health (perimenopause/menopause), and narcissistic abuse. I use EMDR with somatic work to support lasting healing.
