About Me
If you’ve found your way here, you might be carrying something that feels heavy—anxiety, painful memories, or past experiences that still affect you in the present. EMDR can help ease that weight, and I’m here to walk alongside you in the healing process. I work with teens and adults who are navigating the effects of childhood trauma, anxiety, difficult relationships, workplace stress, and family challenges. Whether the hurt comes from years ago or more recent events, I offer a safe, steady space where you can begin to process what’s been holding you back. Many of my clients describe feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Through EMDR, we gently work to untangle those feelings and help the nervous system find relief, balance, and clarity. I also feel deeply honoured to work with Indigenous individuals and communities, and I approach this work with cultural respect, openness, and care. Healing doesn’t have to be rushed, and you don’t have to do it alone. Wherever you are in your journey, we’ll go at your pace, with compassion at the centre of our work.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, and I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor with BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. I’ve completed formal training in EMDR through EMDR Consulting, and I continue to deepen my practice through ongoing supervision and advanced training in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
