About Me

My therapy approach is collaborative and I seek to attune to a clients strengths and inner wisdom. I utilize attachment-based, somatic, depth and cognitive theories in my practice. With each session, we will attend to your current and past challenges and your responses with compassion and curious inquiry. I enjoy working with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, perinatal/postpartum issues, eating disorders/disordered eating, addiction/compulsive behavior and life transitions. I work with all genders, non-binary individuals and LGBTQ+.
