About Me

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and that it is an honor to step into my clients' lives and innermost experiences. I believe that each individual is unique and I tailor my approach to your specific needs while applying my extensive experience, education, and care to the therapeutic process. Therapy is all about feeling safe and when working with me, my focus is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can process whatever it is that you are experiencing and have a healthier relationship with your self and those in your life.

Education & Experience

My passion for helping others has lead me to a wonderful career in Psychology. I have gained over ten years of experience in the mental health field, including individual therapy, group therapy, and treating severe mental illness. I began my education at Boston College where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development. My passion for the field and desire to further my education, led me to obtain my Master’s in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Chicago School of Psychology. In 2019/2020 I became trained in EMDR through EMDRIA and deeply believe in this modality. I have also received additional training in psychoanalysis, substance abuse treatment, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have also trained in trauma informed yoga practices and incorporating mind/body work to address anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and substance abuse.
