Education & Experience
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare & Justice and Criminology & Law Studies from Marquette University and is a licensed clinical massage therapist, having graduated from the SOMA Institute for Clinical Massage Therapy. Kenisha earned her master’s degree in Social Work from Aurora University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her undergraduate study abroad experience in South Africa profoundly shaped her career and clinical philosophy, guided by the Ubuntu principle: “I am who I am because of who we all are.” Currently, Kenisha operates a private practice, offering counseling and massage therapy at Anna's Coco Wellness Spa, Murphy's True Haven Therapy, and Princeton Health Collective. She also provides therapy for seniors at an assisted living facility through IHEARU, an organization dedicated to senior mental health. Additionally, she serves on the Mental Health Advisory Board for Jacob Way, a nonprofit supporting families affected by childhood cancer.
