About Me

Whether facing recent loss, experiencing past trauma bubbling to the surface, or struggling with anxiety and depression, you deserve a space and the support you need to heal through your challenges, and create a new path forward. I integrate trauma-informed therapy with a client-centered approach, and tailor my services to match your needs. Be it through art making, talking, or writing, our work can help you face the difficulties life has thrown at you, set aside the patterns that aren't helpful, and aid you in discovering joy, even when rainclouds hover. I specialize in working with teens and adults who are struggling with loss, past trauma, anxiety, or depression, and have extensive experience supporting non-artists in utilizing art therapy. Ultimately, my job is to hold space for you. Together, we will rework old ways of being that just aren't cutting it anymore and help you develop a new toolkit. I am deeply committed to providing the highest quality care to all of my clients, maintaining services that are aware of and respectful to the cultural, socioeconomic, and all other aspects of identity that my clients embody. I look forward to getting to know you and to walking alongside you in your journey toward healing.
