About Me
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, emotional/ behavioral issues, grief/loss, mood disorders, relational issues, substance abuse and trauma. I’m a Certified EMDR Therapist and I also, utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to support others on their journey of healing so they can live a "good life".
Education & Experience
I have 15 years of licensed clinical experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I received my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and completed my Post-Master's Certificate in Couples and Family Therapy at University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
