About Me

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) specializing in EMDR, which I've found to be one of the most transformative tools in my practice often creating shifts that traditional talk therapy alone can't reach as quickly. I also blend Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work into sessions when it complements the work, helping clients relate to different parts of themselves with more compassion and less self-judgment.

My approach comes from a place of empathy, support, and collaboration and from personal experience. I began my own therapy journey in my early 20s and have felt firsthand what's possible when insight is paired with releasing shame and self-judgment. I believe we all carry an inner wisdom and know ourselves better than anyone else can.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, moving through trauma or addiction, working through relationship issues, or simply trying to feel better, you don't have to do it alone. I'm here as a partner in that process -one where you uncover your own answers while building real, lasting action toward the change you're seeking.
