About Me

I am an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and complex trauma specialist who helps individuals and couples heal from sexual trauma, attachment wounds (parental neglect), and relational pain. I integrate EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and evidence-based models like EFT, Gottman, and IFS to support deep, lasting change. I provide as easy going, warm, affirming space for clients to rebuild safety, intimacy, and self-worth—both in-person and online.
