About Me
I have worked with many clients utilizing EMDR as well as a blend of other models to address symptoms and unhealthy coping strategies such as anxiety, depression, over-reactivity, rumination, substance use, procrastination, over-eating, as well as chronic pain and other physical symptoms that may have more of a mind/body component. I have seen wonderful results for people, as they find relief from symptoms and negative thinking and move more into alignment with who they truly are. When we go through more challenging times in life, unhealthy reactivity and patterns, as well as negative core beliefs about self can get locked into our system. EMDR jumpstarts our mind and body's natural instincts to heal. This healing process is wonderfully unique to each individual, and it is a joy to share in this journey with my clients.
