About Me

Hi, I’m Kourtney! I’m an EMDR-trained therapist who works with adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, and low self-esteem. I also frequently support clients navigating panic, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, neurodivergence, and personality disorders. I’m a deep-feeler by nature, and my work blends the science of the nervous system with the soulfulness of authentic human connection. I believe healing happens when we honor both—when we explore the patterns that keep you stuck while also reconnecting you to your inner resilience, clarity, and self-compassion. My niche passion is supporting thoughtful, introspective “overthinkers”—especially those navigating love, dating, relationship patterns, or major life transitions. Together, we work toward building a steadier sense of self, healthier boundaries, and more secure relationships, including the one you have with yourself.
