I have experience working with children ages 3 and up, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Education & Experience

I have an integrative approach to therapy which incorporates my experience and training in attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Child-centered Play Therapy, Filial therapy, TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Behavioral Therapy), mindfulness, and Gottman Level’s 1 and 2. I am a trauma-informed therapist who enjoys working with clients to process and resolve issues related to adverse family of origin experiences.
