Education & Experience
I have an integrative approach to therapy which incorporates my experience and training in attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Child-centered Play Therapy, Filial therapy, TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Behavioral Therapy), mindfulness, and Gottman Level’s 1 and 2.
