About Me

I am an EMDR therapist specializing in supporting adults, healthcare providers, first responders, and athletes in navigating the effects of stress, trauma, and life transitions. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not only possible, but that individuals have an innate capacity to restore balance, clarity, and resilience when provided with the right tools and guidance. My connection to this work is deeply personal. Growing up with a father who served as a first responder, I witnessed firsthand the impact that high-stress professions can have on emotional health, relationships, and overall well-being. I understand the weight of carrying others’ crises while trying to remain strong for oneself and loved ones. This experience instilled in me a profound respect for those in service roles and a commitment to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where they can process their experiences and reclaim their sense of self. In my practice, EMDR is not just a therapeutic method—it is a pathway to release old patterns, build emotional regulation, and enhance performance in all areas of life. Whether helping a first responder process a critical incident, supporting a healthcare provider through burnout, or guiding an athlete toward mental clarity, my goal is the same: to help clients feel grounded, empowered, and equipped to meet both life’s challenges and opportunities with resilience.
