About Me
I have been a therapist since 2006 and have realized I love working with mothers and teenagers, two groups of people who often feel like they have to do everything perfectly. I help them see that perfection is unnecessary and that being imperfectly wonderful is okay! Another focus area near and dear to my heart is grief counseling. I love to help people process their grief and move along their grief journey. I have personally and professionally found EMDR to be the most effective tool to overcome anxiety, feelings of shame, regret, guilt, bad memories, and so much more!
Education & Experience
I have my Master's in Counseling Psychology. I am in the process of becoming EMDR certified.
