Education & Experience

My approach is holistic and integrative; I tailor therapy according to your goals and needs using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other supportive therapies. I utilize EMDR with the majority of my clients and have found it to be extremely effective at healing past trauma/disturbing events. I apply a holistic, client-centered, strengths-based approach in my work, and have positive results in helping people work through various challenges to improve their lives. My social work background includes working with a diverse background of people, and I feel comfortable discussing whatever life issue you may be dealing with. I have specialized training in substance use disorder/addiction counseling. My goal is to guide you in creating your path to recovery.
