About Me
I have 14 years of experience in counselling and advocating for survivors and families impacted by gender-based violence. My practice is grounded in a deep commitment to creating intentional space for healing; building on connectedness, trust, and safety. I hope to support you in feeling safe, seen, and heard. I invite curiosity, collaboration, and creativity into the therapy space. I bring specialized knowledge in the areas of; gender-based violence, family violence, sexualized violence, gender in-justices, system-induced trauma, traumatic workplace and life events, PTSD, and grief trauma. Kristina is a trained EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapist, integrating attachment-based, mindful-based, self-compassion, somatic, land-based, and relational therapies.
