Mrs. Kristina Quinn, LPC
About Me
I work alongside individuals who may be experiencing PTSD, anxiety, somatic issues, emotion dysregulation, attachment issues, trauma, and life transitions. My focus is healing through the perspective of neuroscience and somatic processing (mind-body) with the outcome being a regulated nervous system that is calm. Kristina is trained in clinical mental health counseling, with an emphasis on somatic therapies, relational and attachment-based therapies, and EMDR methodologies. I see adults of all ages, teens, and pre-teens as well as first responders experiencing trauma or secondary trauma. Kristina has been married to her husband, firefighter/nurse, for 26 years and has two grown sons. Kristina is a proud Texan, live music fan, and even bigger baseball fan.
