About Me
In my practice, I help clients navigate a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, life transitions, managing chronic pain and medical conditions, and longstanding mental health concerns. I have found EMDR to be a highly effective and empowering approach for addressing trauma and painful past experiences that continue to cause present-day distress. I have received advanced training in EMDR and I am recognized by EMDRIA as an EMDR Certified Therapist. I also provide consultation for other clinicians using EMDR therapy. I enjoy supporting other health and mental health professionals in processing secondary trauma and finding sustainable ways to care for themselves while continuing to care for others. I offer in-person sessions as well as telehealth services to clients throughout Texas and in all PSYPACT participating states (https://psypact.gov/page/psypactmap).
