About Me
Welcome! I am a therapist who has a passion for helping adult women heal from overwhelming life experiences that continue to effect their emotions, relationships, and sense of self. Alongside EMDR, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to provide a space for growth and transformation. Difficult past experiences can leave you feeling stuck in patterns of fear, self-doubt, or emotional pain. These patterns might make it hard to trust others, feel confident, or stay present in your daily life. Together, we’ll explore how these experiences shaped your thoughts and feelings, and work to release the burden they’ve placed on you. Using EMDR and IFS, I’ll help you connect with the parts of yourself that may feel overwhelmed, hurt, or hidden away. At the same time, we’ll nurture your strengths and resilience, allowing you to rediscover a sense of balance and inner peace.
