About Me

I am queer and neurodivergent, and know firsthand how hard it can be to find someone who "gets it." I offer a non-judgmental, informed space for clients who may be neurodivergent, non-monogamous, kinky, and/or anywhere on the sexuality and gender identity spectrums, regardless of whether that is the focus of your therapy. All humans are welcome. I specialize in working with teens, LGBTQIA+ individuals and relationships, adults whose parents were distant or abusive, and survivors of physical and sexual abuse via EMDR, TF-CBT, and various forms of talk therapy. Of course, there is a "je ne sais quoi" about the therapeutic relationship. I offer free 15-minute consults. If we don't click, I'll do my best to help you find someone who does. No matter who you are, you deserve to feel heard, safe, understood, and empowered. Let's make sure you do.
