About Me

I am a Registered Psychologist in Southern Alberta. I work full-time as a School Psychologist in the Westwind School Division #74. I also do some private practice for personal counselling with youth and young adults, I would be willing to work with adults as well. I am eclectic in my techniques meaning that I utilize different interventions as needed. I utilize a variety of techniques from EMDR, mindfulness, body based, play, CBT, and even equine assisted (EAGALA model).
