About Me
I have been practicing Creative Arts Therapy for over 14 years, and I am deeply passionate about using the creative process to support healing and self-discovery. In my work, I have found that art can communicate what words often cannot—offering a powerful and meaningful way to explore thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences.
I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) and a Board-Certified, Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC) in both New York and New Jersey, and I am also trained in EMDR. My approach is rooted in cultural awareness and sensitivity, shaped by my identity as a woman of color of Caribbean, West Indian descent, and as a first-generation American. These experiences inform my commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all clients.
Through creativity, healing, and self-expression, let me help you rediscover what it means to "live your life in full color".
