About Me
My goal is to help you create a compassionate and resilient emotional space for yourself where you can enjoy your life and feel capable and strong. I use EMDR Therapy to help you release old patterns that are making you feel stuck and support you in installing positive beliefs about yourself that are more empowering and supportive of the life that you want to live. I also use CBT tools and couples therapy to help my clients feel confident, self-compassionate, and resilient in the present. I think trauma work is so valuable in helping clear space so that I can help my clients develop practical tools to navigate their lives feeling capable and strong. I am a multicultural individual with Filipino, Korean, Japanese, and African American heritage, and I'm affirming of all people. I have a special passion for empowering BIPOC, LGBTQ+, immigrants/children of immigrants, moms/those in the perinatal process, couples at all stages of love, and people looking to heal, nurture, and grow the best version of themselves. I'm licensed in California (CA LCSW 66309), Pennsylvania (PA CW023414), and Florida (FL TPSW433) and love supporting clients in all 3 states! I have provided therapy to clients in nonprofits, at the Department of Veterans Affairs, and currently in private practice.
