Larissa M Crane, LICSW
Preferred Name: Larissa
About Me
My areas of specialization include PTSD, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Additionally, I provide support for individuals navigating the probate and family court system in Massachusetts. I utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, and HeartMath to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs Life often presents challenges, and having experienced depression and anxiety myself, I understand the struggles of navigating each day. In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to overlook the importance of slowing down, tuning in, and honoring our present states. Frequently, we seek external sources—friends, books, or the internet—for answers, forgetting to listen to the truth within ourselves. Having to navigate the challenges of the Family and probate court myself, I have a unique passion for helping others going through this process. In my own journey of healing, I discovered profound solace in yoga and meditation. Becoming a registered Hatha Yoga Teacher in 2010, I witnessed the therapeutic effects of the practice and have since integrated mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and asana into my therapeutic approach
