About Me
I am passionate about working with women around the psychological toll of health issues, especially pain, infertility, and postpartum depression and anxiety. I am an LGBTQIA+ focused therapist, supporting gender affirming care coordination, working through discrimination felt by community members, and those exploring how they fit into this community. I use EMDR and IFS to help relieve symptoms of trauma, eating disorders and anxiety. I offer ADHD and ASD assessments to help clients gain a better understanding of their neurodivergence as well as help with school or work accommodations and tools for embracing and enhancing their unique brains. I use play and art therapy with kiddos 12 and under.
Education & Experience
I hold a masters degree in counseling psychology as well as a masters degree in science and nutrition from Bastyr University. I also hold an undergraduate degree in science and nutrition from Bastyr University.
