About Me
My deepest conviction in this work is that if you’ve faced difficult circumstances in your life, you deserve a therapist who truly sees you and therapy that works — and that anyone - yes, anyone - can heal. As a therapist, my goal is to foster a space for you to explore what you want for yourself and your life through introspection, healing, and acceptance of self. I offer an interactive style of therapy that is engaged, compassionate, and attuned to your strengths. My sessions also include a fair amount of laughter because therapy should not just be sadness and tears! This space is yours, a place where you can be heard without judgment, where vulnerability meets understanding, and where healing can truly happen.
Education & Experience
I specialize in complex and relational trauma, dissociation, and anxiety and am deeply passionate about utilizing effective and compassionate healing modalities for these areas. I have an integrative and relational style that draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I'm Level 1 IFS-trained and EMDR certified, and I completed UC Berkeley Extension’s Professional Program in Trauma-Informed Interventions in 2020. My work with clients emphasizes understanding of the self as a means to heal past wounds, create internal and external change, and live authentically.
