About Me

Over 15 years ago, I began supporting children and their families through life’s challenges. That early work opened the door to what has become my deepest passion - helping navigate the tender terrain of the perinatal season, parenting, trauma, and attachment wounds. These are the messy, beautiful, complicated moments that shape who we are and who we become. Using experiential modalities such as AEDP and EMDR, I guide clients toward deep healing by addressing the root of their struggles, not just the symptoms. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to the client.
