About Me
Life doesn't have to feel so constricted. Let's unpack your history together and help put your authentic self back in the driver's seat. I have nearly 15 years of experience helping teens and adults navigate the lasting impacts of trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based therapy into my work to create a comprehensive approach to trauma healing. As a neurodivergent clinician, I specialize in supporting neurodivergent clients through affirming, collaborative care. I’m also committed to serving diverse communities, including LGBTQIA+, with humility. In addition to offering ongoing therapy which may included EMDR, I also provide EMDR work for folks who already have a primary therapist. My approach is warm, non-pathologizing, and grounded in helping clients build trust in themselves and move toward what matters most. I provide therapy in-person and through telehealth, whichever you prefer.
