I understand therapy can be uncomfortable and awkward at times. Which is why I am committed to creating an environment that allows for clients to feel more at ease when sharing about, processing, or discovering various parts of themselves. Traditionally, therapy may be thought of as stiff, dull, or bland. You know, the therapist that says, “…and how does that make you feel?” While I strive to encourage thought and raw expression of emotion, it’s my mission to ensure my clients feel engaged and not stuck in a cookie-cutter therapeutic relationship.
