About Me

Lauren is a licensed social worker who has a passion for working with children, adolescents, and adults to support hope and healing during challenging times. She considers her clients to be the experts in their lives and approaches therapy as a team experience. Her experience includes working as a Licensed School Counselor for 15 years and as an individual and group therapist for children and adults. She utilizes theoretical foundations of Strengths-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and is SAFE EMDR trained. Lauren utilizes a variety of approaches to meet clients where they are. She is open to working with clients of all genders and religions and provides an open-minded, judgement-free approach. Whether looking to work past trauma, performance anxiety, or something else, Lauren offers a holistic approach to help clients meet and surpass their goals.
