I specialize in providing therapy in an intensive format to individuals dealing with traumatic experiences, PTSD, and complex trauma, as well as helping athletes work through injuries and blocks. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing a holistic trauma informed, strength-based approach to individuals, helping you create the healing, growth, and change you desire. Get relief in days rather than months or years. Intensive therapy sessions are currently offered over two ore more days, 6 hours each day. We will identify your treatment goals and work to help you feel better through the use of EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing and other therapies. I believe that every individual has the innate ability to grow and heal; sometimes we need help in that process.
