About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon and Arizona (not currently practicing in Arizona). Since becoming trained in EMDR, I have developed a true passion for this therapy and primarily use EMDR in my work with adult clients. I often have clients who come to me saying that they are "stuck", have worked with many therapists or tried many types of therapy yet still struggle in daily life. I have witnessed the power of EMDR in being transformational for these individuals and it is an honor to be a part of that process. I specialize in treating clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociation. I believe that therapy is a collaborative approach in which you are the expert and truly enjoy working with individuals who are looking to transform their lives. In addition to EMDR, I have received advance training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Ego State Therapy and Structural Dissociation Theory. I have completed level one training in Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) and will be completing the remaining levels this year.
