About Me
I support clients who are overwhelmed by all of the roles, goals, relationship expectations, and factors that go into surviving daily life to find ease, alignment, and more deeply connected relationships. I am a warm and affirming therapist who supports you in identifying and making changes to the patterns that are no longer serving you while doing the deeper work of transforming trauma, healing attachment wounds, and learning new tools and skills so that you can more fully and intentionally engage in your life. I blend EMDR, somatic approaches, parts work/ Internal Family system, all with a focus on your values and vision to help you define what a meaningful fulfilling life looks like for you as we take steps to help you get there.
