About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and practice in San Diego, CA. Mental health is extremely important to me, as I have had my own struggles with anxiety and self-worth. I believe that every single person has at one point or another experienced challenges with their mental health and that therapy is extremely beneficial and empowering. Through my schooling, personal journey and clinical expertise, I am confident in my ability to support you in your process towards healing and personal growth.
Education & Experience
I grew up in San Diego and attended UCSB where I graduated with a BS in Psychology and SDSU with a Masters of Social Work. I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years. I specialize in supporting individuals in leaving emotionally abusive relationships including covert and narcissistic abuse.
