About Me

I'm a Caucasian, Ukrainian-born American woman. I enjoy working with various populations and cultural backgrounds. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment in the therapy room where clients can openly bring all complexities of their lives. My main treatment approaches are competency based, client centered, collaborative, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am a certified provider in both Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and in Adaptive Internal Relational (AIR) Network therapy models.
