The organization houses a predoctoral internship program accredited by APPIC and currently under APA review, offering formalized training in EMDR and other evidence-based practices to emerging clinicians. Dr. Kashersky is passionate about mentoring and supervising the next generation of trauma-informed therapists. She provides regular supervision and didactic training to graduate students and clinical staff through partnerships with multiple universities. Her commitment to excellence in EMDR therapy and training is rooted in both professional expertise and personal experience, having grown up in an emergency foster family and serving as a big sister to two adopted brothers. These early life experiences shaped her lifelong dedication to healing work and community impact. As she transitions into EMDR Trainer status, Dr. Kashersky continues to expand access to high-quality EMDR services and education, with a focus on research, somatic integration, and serving historically marginalized populations.
