About Me

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor specializing in trauma, abuse, chronic pain, and grief. I am currently focused on virtual counselling. Through my education, past and present, I have focused on social justice, understanding what impacts wellbeing, and what can be used to facilitate healing. I am open to new or different ideas, and I truly want what is best for my clients. I am focused on the unique needs and experiences of my clients. I believe in enhancing my clients’ abilities to deal with their personal life struggles through skills building and strategies that apply to their specific experiences. I believe in working with clients where they are at and finding how to make their lives better through the encouragement of working with what works for them and enhancing their abilities to face the challenges they are struggling with.
