About Me

'Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul, be just another human soul'. -C.G Jung. I have letters after my name, degrees on my wall, and years of experience; but, more importantly than any of that, I am a compassionate human-being, who will not judge and can provide you with a safe place for growth and healing.

Education & Experience

I have more than 20 years experience working with individuals and families dealing with a variety of life struggles. I hold both a Bachelor's and Master's of Social Work. I use several therapeutic modalities during therapy sessions, tailoring my approach to meet my client’s unique needs. I am certified as a Clinical Trauma and Resilience Practitioner and in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am also trained in EMDR, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Internal Family System Model, Mindfulness, and Somatic Practice. I work within a trauma-informed, strength based framework. I have significant experience in adoption and non-traditional families.
